Roll out the process excellence in production & Warehouse Logistic & other SCM related department3. Optimization and standardization of production and process technology of ink manufacturing, which is applied in the world-wide manufacturing facilities from scale-up to commercial manufacture4. Market screening and testing of further or new developments in the field or dispersion and milling5. Continoues Improvement program roll out for all SCM related area.
